How to create a customer account?

You can create a customer account by clicking on "My account" and then "Create account".

Creating an account is required to place an order. The sale is now open to everyone. If you're a veterinarian, send us your information so we can verify your status and you'll be able to view the special rates.

Forgotten password ?

Did you create an account but forgot your password? Just click on "Forgot password" and then enter your email address.

if an account exists for this email address, an email will be sent to you with a link to choose a new password.

Do you sell to private people?

Our complementary feeds and hygiene's products are available for sale to everyone: riders, breeders, groomers, veterinarians...in short, to anyone who loves horses!

The medicines sold by Promovet are only intended to graduated vets.
